We had a couple of things that were wrong with the house when we first got there, but it was fixed very quickly. The rest of the trip was a breeze.

Communication with the host was outstanding! Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. My family had so much fun at Bison Point. The indoor fireplace was so cozy.We were thrilled to find the beautiful Christmas tree and all of the Christmas decorations! We enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and playing corn joke while our Thanksgiving dinner cooked in the provided smoker. Beds were comfortable, paper products were plentiful, furniture was cozy and wonderful memories were made!

The house worked out well for our family of four with a seven and nine year old and another family with a seven, nine, ten and twelve year old. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a bathroom in the bedroom and on with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. There is a large bedroom upstairs with three beds and a loft with a card table and karaoke machine as well as a bathroom. There are smart tvs in all the bedrooms and one in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, coffee and drinks. Outside there is a large patio in the front with seating and a large patio in the back with a hot tub and fire pit which we took full advantage of. There neighborhood is tucked away not too far away from the main road and a little closer to Ochatown than Broken Bow but everything you need is a not more than a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is filled with large trees and hills and provides a nice place to walk around. Down the hill are small ponds for hanging out and fishing as well as a small playground. The river and trails are a short 10 minute drive done the road. While the house is not large it worked out just fine for our getaway before Thanksgiving.
